About

Greg White, TheGeekTech, first began using personal computers to increase business productivity in 1983 while he was working as an A/V Manager in a Fortune 200 company. Before long, Greg, became a "power user" helping other department managers to use their PCs.

Greg soon became a avid computer geek when he purchased a personal Commodore 64 and began connecting to bulletin board services which predated the world wide web. Greg then went on to own a first generation Apple Macintosh 128 computer, followed by a series of IBM compatible computers featuring 8086, 80286 and 80386 processors.

In the mid '80s, Greg was not only connecting to to the Internet using a telephone dial-up service and 14.4 MPS modem but also networking multiple computers together by token-ring coaxial network.

Greg began building IBM compatible computers and selling them through his own retail computer store located on Main Street in his hometown in the early 1990s.

Over the past 30 years, Greg has been providing experienced, professional computer support and repair services for Home Office and Small Business users to Global Technology companies.
